Living with the Santos for a week

Borrowed a friend's Santos Medium for the week. I came in skeptical — the proportions read strange in photographs, and I was certain it would feel costume-y in person.

It does not.

Wearing notes

The interchangeable bracelet system is genuinely the best execution I've worn. Forty seconds, no tools, no scratched lugs. The strap that came with it (alligator) made the watch feel like a different piece entirely on day four.

"Square watches are meant to be worn at the wrist edge, not centered." — the friend, with the certainty of someone who has spent more on watches than I have on rent.

The case for adding it
